Shipping Policy

Each order is packed with prayer, care and purpose - and we want your items to arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time:

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3-5 days for processing before your order ships. During high volume times (holidays or launches), this may extend slightly.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on order weight and location. 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking included. 

You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup/Delivery

If you are local (within 45 miles of Burton, Texas,  we offer free local pickup and delivery. Simply select that option at checkout, and we'll contact you to coordinate.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will do our best to make it right.

Freedom or Death LLC is not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S., contact us for custom arrangements.
