Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that things happen, and customer satisfaction is important to us.

We gladly offer replacements or store credit in the following cases:

1. Your order arrives damaged of defective

2. You received the wrong item

Note: Because our products are made with care in small batches, we do not accept returns for reasons of scent or flavor preference, minor imperfections, or general dissatisfaction.

Refund Policy - Bee Removal Services

At Freedom or Death LLC. we take pride in delivering fast, safe, effective, and professional bee removal services with integrity and care. Due to the nature of our work, all sales and services are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

This includes:

Live bee removals

Hive extractions

Structural access or repairs

Any other labor or service performed

Why?

Bee removal is a live, environmental service. Once we've begun the job, time, equipment, and expertise are already invested. Additionally, re-infestation is always possible due to the nature and structural conditions beyond our control.

Warranty/Follow-Up

If bees return to the same location within 14 days, we may offer a free or discounted follow-up, at our discretion. Just contact us, and we'll assess the situation.
